I am Baylin. I film and edit video for businesses on the Central Coast, in Newcastle and around Sydney — and I cut every frame of it myself.
3 Points Media Co is deliberately small. There is no account manager, no production coordinator, and nobody handing your footage to a junior. You talk to the person holding the camera, and that same person sits in the edit suite afterwards. When something needs changing, it gets changed by whoever made the decision in the first place.
Why everything is edited by hand
Anyone can generate a video now. What software cannot do is watch three hours of rushes and notice the moment someone’s face changed when they talked about their first job — then build the whole cut around that moment.
That is the entire craft. Not effects, not transitions. Deciding what matters, in what order, and how long to hold it. Pacing that breathes. A cut that lands on the beat because someone felt where the beat was.
There is a commercial argument too. Audiences are getting quick at spotting synthetic video, and when they spot it, the scepticism attaches to the brand running it rather than to the tool that made it. Real footage of real people, cut by a person, does not trigger that reflex.

What I shoot
The work splits fairly evenly between property, trades and brand. Real estate agents needing listings that move. Builders and solar installers documenting jobs they are proud of. Hospitality venues that look far better in motion than in a photo. Tourism operators with something genuinely worth showing.
The common thread is businesses that have something real to point a camera at.
The kit
Cinema cameras and prime lenses for the shooting, a licensed and insured drone for aerial work, and a colour-managed edit suite for everything after. The gear matters less than knowing when to use it, but clients who know cameras usually want to ask — so ask.
Twenty years, two hundred clients
Twenty years behind a camera and in an edit suite, across more than two hundred businesses — from single-agent real estate offices to national product launches. The Roof Space campaign is the one clients ask about most: video-led lead ads that brought in over two thousand enquiries in three months. Every video on the Roof Space channel is my edit, and the rest of the work lives on the 3 Points channel.
Baylin has been amazing with his professionalism and quality of work. Our lead ads using Baylin's videos brought in over 2,000 leads in three months.

Where I work
Based at Macmasters Beach on the Central Coast. Most jobs are between Gosford, Terrigal, Avoca and Erina, with regular work in Newcastle and Sydney. Anything further is quoted with travel included so there are no surprises.
Common questions
Is it just you?
For most jobs, yes. For larger shoots that need a second camera, sound, or extra hands I bring in people I have worked with for years. You will be told before the day, not after.
Are you insured?
Yes, with public liability cover, and the drone work is flown legally and insured. Certificates are available if a site or venue needs them.
Can we meet before booking?
Please do. A coffee or a call before anything is quoted almost always produces a better video, because the brief ends up being about the business rather than about the video.
